North Shore’s original site design was dated, navigation was confusing and it was difficult to find useful information. We did a comprehensive audit of the site and worked closely with the client, programmers and with target groups to gain feedback before creating the new design. This included co-hosted customer feedback workshops along with their marketing manager, to gain feedback on proposed new designs from parents of students attending North Shore Coaching College.

The result is a bright, easy to navigate and intuitive website that while still housing a vast amount of information, is easy for the user to find relevant pages, log into student portal and pay fees and enrol online.

The new site’s navigation was streamlined and condensed, visual cues were included and complex programming implemented to enable the compartmentalising of campus and state-based information in an effort to improve user experience.
